Crosby Community Meltdown Mania!
From the Desk of Shelia Hall
Hello to each and every one of you, my friends and neighbors. And congratulations for
making it through week two of Meltdown Mania!
Thank you to Dr. Rob Rosenbalm with Crosby Chiropractic for the wonderful speech last
Monday night. He definitely kept us entertained! He had suggestions for breaking food
addictions, one of which included a burial service (see, you had to be there) as well as lots of
ideas and reasons we need to keep our bodies nutritionally balanced. If you find yourself
asking “What burial service?” all I can say is don’t miss this coming Monday’s meeting so you
aren’t kept up all night wondering what you missed.
This Monday, February 16th we are privileged to have Dr. Ryan Konarik with Balance
Chiropractic. His special interest and training is in the field of Natural Wellness and Optimal
Human Performance. Make sure you are there as I believe this is just the motivation we need
to reach that next level on our Meltdown journey.
For those of you taking advantage of the Crosby Church Gym and/or the Curves in
Crosby, thank you for choosing to meltdown in our facilities! We have seen so many new face’s
at each location it is exciting to make new friends in our own community. We encourage you to
greet your neighbor working out beside you and spread the news. Health is a lifetime
commitment and we all need as much support as we can get. You may be the inspiration that
person beside you needs… They may not have attended our Meltdown and have that fire of
commitment that I see burning in so many of you.
Thank you for choosing to be a part of this exciting event. The response has been even
greater than we had anticipated and it is encouraging to see so many of you becoming
Meltdown Maniac’s.
I can’t wait to see you Monday night!
In His Service,
Shelia Hall

Sheila,
I've only been involved in the Meltdown for less than a week now, but I am loving the opportunity to be a "loser" with the nice group of people that I've met so far working out at Curves! It's also given me the chance to find out that Curves is a great place for me to work out. Thanks for being part of this opportunity to improve my health!

My Team Captain, Tami Newton is wonderful. She keeps the Fab 4 motivated by sending up tips and recipes and encouragement by email on a daily basis. She has become my workout partner. It isn't always easy to eat right and excercise; Tami understands and provides support. I couldn't ask for a better team captain.
Yea Tami,
It takes a special person to motivate, encourage and inspire people to greatness. I truly believe that God places Gifts and Talents in each and everyone of us. Tami, it sounds as though God is using you to bless and encourage others. Keep on blessing your team members with your God given talents. This is the day that God has made lets be joyous and glad in it.
Love you Guys
Shelia
I've really enjoyed both speakers so far. I've learned a few new things that I will emplement in my life.I would like to see an area where we can post our recipes on here if that's possible.
Thanks
I am currently working with someone that can help me add a section dedicated for our recipes. Please just post under any comments for now if you like and I will continue to see what we can do for this particular section.
Thanks for the request.

Soila Fry of the Heart & Soles, is not only the team captain but she is also the heart & soul of our team. She encourages our whole team everyday to eat healthy and exercise. She is my workout buddy everyday and keeps me laughing with all her dance moves on the treadmill. She even volunteers to watch our teammates baby so that they can also work out. She recently gave each of us a goody bag with fresh fruit, water, gum and curves nutrition bars. She is really doing an awesome job. Thanks Sheila for having this great idea, and THANKS SOILA, for all your support.
