With 66% of Americans being overweight, there is a huge demand to educate our community on how to stay healthy, the common sense way. These individuals need to understand the need to accomplish a healthier lifestyle, without fad diets. They need to start receiving plain and simple information on how to eat to burn fat and how to make wise choices for themselves and their families.

One stick fallen off a tree is weak and can be easily broken. However, when a bunch of sticks are tied together, the sticks are difficult to break. We are much Stronger Together and Together we can change our community, one face at a time, while becoming healthier ourselves.

My name is Shelia Hall and I have been in the Health Industry for over 11 years. My journey of becoming educated about fitness and health began because of my own poor health. The more I became educated about my own body, the larger my desire grew to learn more.

I am very passionate about bringing the truth to our Community. My mission is educate everyone through our Community Meltdowns. Yes, I am a Meltdown Maniac and I own two Curves fitness locations.

Tell me about your Team Captain

Hello, well another week has just about gone by. I have only seen 2 comments about their Team Captain. I would like to read about your Team Captain and why he/she is the most AWESOME TEAM CAPTAIN.

I would like to recognize the Team Captain next Monday, Feb 23, 2009. So get busy and tell me about yours.

As always remember to turn in your total weekly weigh ins before Monday. We would like to recognize our top teams as of date.

Have a great weekend and I am certainly looking forward to seeing all of you at our next fun filled night with Linda Howard. Also if time allows we will speak on what to do when you hit a plateau with your weight loss.

I would like to thank my team captain for the wonderful encouragement and great ideas she gives us. Delilah has kept in touch with us everyday giving us little tips or just words of advice to keep us motivated. I couldn't be happier because I've tried other routines and I'm actually sticking to this one!

My team captain is the best, she keeps me well on track to a healthy life style which empowers me to loose weight and feel great.
Her great advice and her awsome can do attidude keeps me going mentaly, physically, and emotionally..She is not only the best team captain but also the best wife a man can have.
"They say behind every good man, there's a great woman"...Now that for sure is true...

Many thanks to my team captain. She has really been a help and a wonderful role model when it comes down to eating healthier. She praises me when I do good and encourages me when I want to give up. When I get that graving for some cake or buttercream ice cream I will call her up and she tells me "come on you are doing so good. You can do this. Remember 2 Legit 2 Quit." And I actually feel as if I can do this. She will call me with reciepes I can try and their pretty good. She is helping me with a healthier life style . Your the best Delilah. 2 Legit 2 Quit
