Good Morning,
Getting ready for another Saturday. Just had 2 boiled eggs and a Kashi bar and am writing this before I go get dressed to pick Connie up for Curves. I gotta get my high weight today, so, I can start getting serious about losing weight for the Meltdown Big Loser Contest. Have been eating around 2500 calories per day and will cut that to 1200 next week. Next week, I will bump the intake up to 1500 for the rest of the Meltdown.
I am determined to get a significant amount of the additional 15 pounds I need to lose off my body by the end Meltdown on March 30th. Dawn, Deewana, Mark and I will be the winners of the Big Loser Award and Prize, when this Meltdown winds down to its dramatic finish. Looking forward to a friendly? competition with Connie's Team F.R.O.G. Let the games begin.
