I hope everyone is having fun! I know that I am. It is so exciting to see all of you coming together to support each other. Wow it is incredible all the exercising going on. Keep it up! Each meeting I am sure of it. We will see less of you each time. If you know what I mean.
I would like for all of you to take a before picture of yourself then take an after picture at the end of the meltdown. That would be fun to see everyones results.
You guys rock. Keep on moving, eating properly and taking good nutrition. Your the one that can take care of you.
Hosea 4:6 says that my People perish from the lack of knowledge. I want don't want you to perish from the lack of knowlege. So Please attend all meetings if you can. We have a panel of excited and educated people to inspire and motivate you to success.
Remember Dr. Rob, wants you to bring an empty container of food that you just can't seem to give up at the meeting on Feb 7, 2009.
Have a great week.
We will talk soon

I am really enjoying the exercise program at Curves, I have never enjoyed exercising before, so that is saying something. Everyone at Curves is helpful and friendly, makes me want to go back every day. I have only attended three days but want to go every day until I get this weight off.
Congratulations for making the decision to take care of you! I am so glad you are enjoying your workouts at Curves. Thank you for your nice comment and thanks for following the blog. Please feel free to insert healthy recipes or any tips that you have found to make this fun and easy. Taking charge of your health is not always easy. However, we do know that when you exercise with a friend it makes it so much more doable. So we will do all we can to help and most of all we feel that we have gained a new friend.
Have a blessed week.
And may the Health Revolution begin with YOU!

The FAB 4 team lost a total of 9.50 pounds during the first 6 days of the Community Meltdown competition. We each incorporated at least one leg of the "three leg stool weight management" approach into our lifestyles, to achieve this goal.
This week, we are resolved to be more diligent in our efforts to drink more water, make wiser food choices and excercise for 30 minutes on most day. So, watch out ladies and gentleman, we are on our way to becoming a serious contender for that Big Loser (Winner) prize.
Go FAB 4 Congratulations on your success. Drinking water is a MUST!! It helps to flush out the toxins that slow down the metabolism. So lets drink to a higher metabolism. I am having fun watching you all become successful. And you are right. The trinity of great health is equal to a three legged stool. If I can help please let me know. Have a blessed week and keep on keeping on.

Let the health revolution begin with you and me
I just have to brag one of my team members from the FAB 4. Connie has been trying really hard. She has been diligently working out at Curves. She's been drinking her water and identifying and discarding those foods she should not consume.
The first week, she was a little discouraged when she only lost 1/2 pound. But, she saw Biggest Loser on Tuesday and saw that one of the contestants was having a lot of trouble losing weight. When the trainer looked at his diet, the problem was that he was not eating enough carbs. He fell into the same trap most of us do, of thinking carbs are bad.
Well, Connie took this to heart and really began trying to identify where she should eat less and where she should eat more. She made a commitment to pack food. She even had to pack food for the weekend, as she spent from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon with her grandson (tonsilectomy surgery) at the hospital.
Her commitment paid off this week. She lost a total of 5.50 pounds on the second week of the Community Meltdown. Yea, Connie! You are now 6 pounds lighter than you were 14 days ago. Keep up the good work.
